The Three Minute Chicken Wrap (5 ways)

The Basic Chicken Wrap:

  • A tortilla
  • Half a chicken breast (or equivalent amount) from the deli chicken
  • As much salad mix as you can handle

Now you’ve got that in front of you, add the following to make the following. Super easy!

Sweet Chilli Chicken Wrap

  • Sliced tasty cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Honey Mustard

  • Sliced tasty cheese
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Drizzle of mustard
  • Salt and plenty of pepper to taste

Asian-Inspired Honey Soy

In a bowl, combine a drizzle each of:

  • Soy sauce/kecap manis
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Honey

Drizzle over your chicken and salad, season to taste. I personally find adding cheese makes it too salty, but whatever floats your boat!


  • Olives, chopped
  • Feta cheese
  • Sliced tomato
  • Drizzle of balsamic vinegar
  • Drizzle of olive oil (or mayonnaise if vinegar is too acidic for you)
  • Salt and plenty of pepper to taste




It’s as easy as throwing it all together, wrapping it up, and eating it! How good?
